MCC - Memory expansion card 8MByte for SPEED7-CPUs, 4MByte program/4MByte data

This adds additional 8MB to your CPU memory. ie. if you have 4MB onboard your CPU then add this MCC the result will be total 12MB available to the CPU.
(note: CPU upper memory limits are restricted by CPU type, for eg. if a CPU has a upper limit of 4MB, then the total upgradeable memory is limited to 4MB regardless of the size of the MCC inserted.)
