MCC - Memory expansion card 512kByte for SPEED7-CPUs, 256kByte program/256kByte data

This adds additional 512kB to your CPU memory. ie. if you have 128kB onboard your CPU then add this MCC the result will be total 640kB available to the CPU.
(note: CPU upper memory limits are restricted by CPU type, for eg. if a CPU has a upper limit of 4MB, then the total upgradeable memory is limited to 4MB regardless of the size of the MCC inserted.)
